Permanent makeup in Las Vegas

Brows and lip color, drawn with you before any pigment.

Noir is three artists on West Sahara: two do permanent makeup, one does lashes. Every permit and body art card is on the wall, and listed just below.

Before you decide

What permanent makeup is and is not

It is makeup you do not wipe off, which is the whole reason to think before you book.

What it is

Pigment placed in the top layers of your skin with a single-use needle, in a shape we draw and you approve first. A first visit, then a follow-up four to eight weeks later, when we look at how the color settled and adjust it.

What it is not

It is not a look you can change your mind about in the car. Color fades over time, and many clients book a color refresh. It is not right for everyone, and we will tell you if we think you should wait.

A first visit

Four steps, in this order

A first visit has a shape. Nothing in step three happens until you have said yes in step two.

  1. 01
    45 min

    Step 1: Consultation

We talk about the shape and color you want, look at your skin and ask about your history. No pigment is chosen yet.

  2. 02
    30 min

    Step 2: Design

We draw the brows or lips on you and hand you the mirror. We change the drawing until you say yes.

  3. 03
    1½–2 hr

    Step 3: Procedure

A single-use needle and fresh disposable tips, worked in layers. We check in often and stop whenever you ask.

  4. 04
    4–8 weeks later

    Step 4: Follow-up visit

We look at how the color has settled and adjust the shape or depth where it needs it.

Policies

The rules, before you book

Read these first. They are the same for every client.

Booking and deposits

A deposit holds your first visit and goes toward your service. You choose an artist and a time on the booking page, and the amount shows there.

Cancelling and running late

Please give us 48 hours to cancel or move a visit. More than 15 minutes late, and the visit may be shortened or moved.

If you miss an appointment

A missed visit without a word means the deposit is not returned, and the next booking takes a new one first.

Redos and refunds

Tell us within a week if something is not right and we will look at it with you.

A defined outline without the full wash of color. Suits clients who like their own lip color.

Our artists

Three artists, one studio

Two do permanent makeup and one does lashes. Each page lists that artist's own licenses.

  • Yessica Resendiz, owner and lead permanent makeup artist, in navy scrubs seated beside a lash bed

    Yessica Resendiz

Owner and lead permanent makeup artist

    • Body art card · NV Card # 000000
    • Esthetician license · NV Lic. # 000000

Yessica opened Noir so that clients could see who is working on them and what is on the wall. She designs every brow and lip herself, and she is the one to ask about a color refresh or work done somewhere else.

  • Maliyah Dawkins, permanent makeup artist, in a linen apron beside a tray of tweezers

    Maliyah Dawkins

    Permanent makeup artist

    • Body art card · NV Card # 000000
    • Esthetician license · NV Lic. # 000000

Maliyah does brows and lip color. She takes her time over undertones, because the same pigment looks different on every skin tone, and she shows you the color on your skin before she commits to it.

  • Mikaela Umali, lash artist, in a linen apron holding tweezers beside a treatment bed

    Mikaela Umali

    Lash artist

    • Esthetician license · NV Lic. # 000000

Mikaela does classic and volume lash sets, fills and removals in the studio's second room. She checks your natural lashes before every set. Her license is an esthetician license; she does not do permanent makeup.
