Two do permanent makeup and one does lashes. Each artist's page lists that artist's own licenses.
Owner and lead permanent makeup artist
Yessica opened Noir so that clients could see who is working on them and what is on the wall. She designs every brow and lip herself, and she is the one to ask about a color refresh or work done somewhere else.
Permanent makeup artist
Maliyah does brows and lip color. She takes her time over undertones, because the same pigment looks different on every skin tone, and she shows you the color on your skin before she commits to it.
Mikaela does classic and volume lash sets, fills and removals in the studio's second room. She checks your natural lashes before every set. Her license is an esthetician license; she does not do permanent makeup.
